Cynthia Fosu Assoku

Mrs. Cynthia Fosu Assoku is the Chief Executive Officer of IZONE Limited. She has to her credit, an in-depth experience in the field of sales, procurement and logistics planning, sales operations and management. She was appointed the sales manager of the then newly born IZONE Limited in 2011. From this role, she served as the Procurement Manager, and then as the Head of Operations, which involved oversight of the entire operations of the company, especially in the areas of Business processes, IT services, Procurement, Warehousing and Transport. She joined Microcell Limited, an Authorized Super Dealer of MTN Ghana as the Operations Manager in 2008. In this capacity, she managed the company operations pertaining to sales and distribution in the Ashanti to Northern Regions of Ghana. Microcell happens to be one of the five companies that merged to become IZONE Limited. Prior to this role, she travelled to the US to update herself in further studies in Customer Care and worked as Customer Retention Specialist with Affinion Benefits Group, USA from 2004 to 2008. She started her career at Spacefon (MTN Ghana) as a Customer Care Executive after she had successfully completed her national service at Agricare Ghana Limited. She has accomplished a Bachelor of Arts degree in Law and Sociology from KNUST and a Higher National Diploma in Marketing from Kumasi Polytechnic. She has pursued other courses during her career and has been certified in Project Management, Sales, Business operations and Procurement. She is a proud product of St. Monica’s High School, Mampong, Ashanti. She is a deep thinker, very objective and passionate in bringing the best out of material and human resources.

Stephen Kofi Adipa Nyarko

Chief Finance Officer
Mr. Stephen Adipa Nyarko is the Head of Finance for IZONE and is responsible for the sound financial management of all company finances. He has the primary responsibility for the integrity of financial information and systems for IZONE Limited and has been actively involved in running the general business of IZONE Limited. He has a wealth of knowledge about our business having joined IZONE Limited in July 2011 as the Treasury Supervisor and then moved on to become an Accountant. He previously worked with Itel Limited as the Assistant Finance Manager. Stephen also worked as an Internal Auditor with Sikelele Health Care Limited.

Kofi Yirenkyi

Head of Sales
Effective July 2017, Kofi Yirenkyi was appointed as IZONE's Head of Sales. Before joining IZONE, Kofi worked with MTN Ghana in different roles in Sales & Distribution including Channel Development Manager, Area Manager and Sales Representative. He also worked for Globacom as Head of Corporate Sales; Head of Sales at RLG Communications, Post Paid Business Manager at Airtel, and Head of Digital Sales at Tigo. Kofi has a wide range of experience in the telecoms sector having worked with almost all the current telecom providers in Ghana. He was also the CEO/Business Development entrepreneur for Auto Grooming Services. Kofi has a lot of sales experience (specialist and generalist experience) gained in fast paced multi-national organisations. He provides proactive professional sales services contributing to the successful delivery of business critical objectives. Kofi holds an MBA from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and also a Bachelor of Science degree in Tourism from the University of Cape Coast.

Richmond Desiderius Amuakwa

Head of Audit
Mr. Richmond Amuakwa joined IZONE as the Internal Audit Manager when the company commenced business in July 2011. He previously worked at Itel as an Internal Auditor, moved on to become the Finance Manager and later was the Director of Finance. Richmond also worked as an Auditor with MGI Hyde-Fynn & Osei a chartered accountants and management consultancy. He is now the head of the Audit Department at IZONE. He has a long-standing interest in finance, Information Technology, Internal Control Systems and a high regard for excellence. Richmond holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce and has partly completed part two of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) qualification. He is also a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors.

Rita Esi Tetteh

Head of HR
Rita Esi Tetteh is the Head of Human Resources at IZONE Ltd. She has a vast experience in providing HR technical support and also coaching other human resource managers in Ghana, and other countries in Africa, Asia and Europe. Prior to joining IZONE, Rita worked for a number of multinational, international non-governmental organisations where she gained a lot of exposure and experience in world class human resource management practices. Rita over the years has led the setting up of the HR function at both regional and country level; she has also led major organisational change programmes. In addition, she has a lot of experience in managing teams in her department and also the management of remote teams from other countries through virtual ways of working. Rita is a graduate of the University of Cape Coast with an M.A. in Human Resource Development and a B.Ed Social Sciences degree from the same university.
